CARE SERVICES CGA services include temporary or ongoing need(s) due to illness, injury or disability: • schedule medication appointment • escorted transportation to medical services • drop and pick-up prescriptions • medication reminders • coordinate with other services providers as requested • provide information about community health resources • nutritional and activity assistance	IN-HOME ASSISTANCE Helping with activities of daily living, such as: • bathing • grooming • feeding • meal preparation • light housekeeping • laundry • dusting • closet organization • pantry organization • assist with mail and other correspondence
MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION • routine medical appointments • routine dental & hearing appointments • vision appointments • out-patient surgery and procedures • occupational/physical therapy appointments • counseling appointments • prescription pick-up • adult day-care services	NON-MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION • to appointments or social engagements • grocery shopping • to DMV for handicapped parking permit • run errands • go to library • go to movies • enjoy favorite activities/hobbies

CGA develops specialized Plan of Care for each of our clients. Our caregivers go through an extensive application process before they are hired. They are trained to meet your individual needs and receive on-going training to ensure the best possible care. For your peace of mind, each of our caregivers must pass a thorough criminal history background check done by the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI).
